??離心玻璃棉是將熔融狀態(tài)的玻璃用離心噴吹法工藝進行纖維化并噴涂熱固性樹脂制成的絲狀材料，再經(jīng)過熱固化深加工處理，可制成具有多種用途的系列產(chǎn)品。它具有不燃、無毒、耐腐蝕、容重小、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低、化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性強、吸濕率低、憎水性好等諸多優(yōu)點，是目前公認性能優(yōu)越的保溫、隔熱、吸音材料，具有十分廣泛的用途。用該材料制成的板、氈已大量用于建筑、化工、電子、電力、冶金、能源、交通等領(lǐng)域的保溫隔熱、吸聲降噪，效果十分顯著。
Centrifugal glass wool is a silk-like material made by fiberization of melted glass and then coating with thermosetting resin through centrifugal blowing process. By means of thermal setting, this material can be further processed into series of products for multiple purposes. It features numerous advantages: it is noncombustible, nontoxic, and resistant to corrosion; it has low weight by volume, low thermal conductivity, stable chemical property, low moisture rate and good hydrophobicity. It is to date a well-recognized heat preservation, thermal insulation and sound absorption material with excellent properties. It has found wide applications. The board and blanket products made of this material have been used in heat preservation, thermal insulation and sound absorption in construction, chemical industry, electronic industry, electric power, metallurgy, energy industry and communication, presenting very good result.
玻璃棉卷氈簡介
離心玻璃棉氈是為適應(yīng)大面積敷設(shè)需要而制成的卷材，除保持了保溫隔熱的特點外，還具有十分優(yōu)異的減震、吸聲特性，尤其對中低頻和各種震動噪聲均有良好的吸收效果，有利于減少噪聲污染，改善工作環(huán)境。這種材料在施工中還可根據(jù)需要任意剪裁。

有鋁箔貼面的玻璃棉氈，還具有較強的抗熱 能力，是高溫車間、控制室、機房內(nèi)壁、隔間及平頂極好的內(nèi)襯材料。
